About Our Founder

Burdette Tatum, Jr. is an accounting professional who specializes in serving the senior living and real estate management industries. Burdette is an active CPA with 20+ years of experience in property accounting. He combines the principles of GAAP accounting with systems implementation to best serve his clients.

He founded Tatum Accounting Services in 2020 to maximize the property accounting and systems that help senior living and multi-family real estate operations thrive.

With proficiency in property accounting software such as Yardi, Burdette delivers technology know-how and personable advisory skills for owners, operators and business office managers. He loves working beside clients to get the most out of their accounting systems to guide business decisions.
